Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • All original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@akiraa.de. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Approved returns are shipped back to our warehouse at the buyer's expense. Please send to:

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. special orders)
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out.
EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As outlined above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
